You can get paid to turn long videos into short clips. The first step is knowing who pays you and what they want.

Find a Content Rewards campaign

On Content Rewards, creators and brands list campaigns asking people to make and post content. Look for a clipping campaign from someone whose videos you enjoy. Use the footage they allow, make a clip, post it on an allowed social account, and submit the post link.

Some campaigns pay based on views. Others pay for approved posts or a set amount of work. Read the campaign's rules before editing: payment can depend on approval, which views count and the available budget. See the first-campaign guide.

Edit for a client

A podcaster or business can pay you for a set of finished clips. Agree on the price, number of videos and revision limit first. Try a small paid project before offering a monthly package.

Build your own channel

Clip your own interviews, tutorials or stories. Platform payments have entry rules and content checks, so views alone do not mean you earn money.
